This accessibility statement applies to the website missmary.com, operated by Miss Mary of Sweden AB. This document describes how missmary.com complies with the legislation on the accessibility of certain products and services, any known accessibility issues, and how you can report shortcomings to us so that we can address them.

How accessible is the website?
We are aware that parts of the website are not fully accessible. Please refer to the section on inaccessible content below for further information.

Technical information about website accessibility
This website is partially compliant with the Accessibility Act/LPTT due to the shortcomings described below. Miss Mary of Sweden is committed to making the website accessible and usable for as many visitors as possible, regardless of their circumstances or assistive technology. We continuously work to identify and address accessibility issues.

Content that is not accessible
The content described below is not fully accessible in one way or another.

●       Certain parts of the website are marked with incorrect roles, meaning that assistive technologies such as screen readers cannot determine what an element represents or how it should be handled. This affects users who rely on assistive technology to navigate the web.

●       On parts of the website, the contrast between text and background does not meet the applicable minimum requirements. This may impair readability for people with low vision, colour blindness, or those in environments with strong ambient light.

●       The website's headings do not follow a logical and consistent hierarchy. For users navigating with assistive technology, heading structure is an important tool for orientation, and an incorrect order makes this navigation more difficult.

●       The website contains multiple page sections of the same type that lack unique labels. This means that assistive technology cannot distinguish between the sections, making it harder to quickly jump to the right part of the page.

Additional identified issues:

●       Some images lack alternative text, meaning that users who cannot see the images are also unable to access the information they convey.

●       Certain interactive elements lack a clear visual indicator when navigated via keyboard, making them harder to use for those who do not use a mouse.

●       Some link texts are too generic and do not provide sufficient information about the destination, which may cause confusion for users relying on assistive technology.

How we have tested the website
We apply self-assessment of missmary.com's accessibility status.

The website is reviewed using automated analysis tools (www.axsly.com) tested against WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. In addition to automated analysis, manual reviews are also conducted to identify issues that require human judgement.

Last tested: 2025-06-23.
