You can return your items within 100 days of receiving them. Items purchased with temporary member offers or promotions follow the standard 100-day return policy. Products must be unused and in resaleable condition.

Please send returns in the same condition as delivered and fill in the enclosed return slip. You may reuse the original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer, and returns after 100 days cannot be accepted.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method once we have received and inspected the item. Express shipping fees are non-refundable. The return process may take up to two weeks.

100-wash guarantee on Miss Mary bras

All our bras come with a 100-wash guarantee, valid for five years from the date of purchase. The product must be washed according to the recommended care instructions.
