Returns & withdrawal

You can return your items within 100 days of receiving them. Items purchased with temporary member offers or promotions follow the standard 100-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method once we have received and inspected the item. Please note that we do not refund the cost of express shipping or any shipping option that is more expensive than our standard delivery in the event of a return.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
